What decks do you expect to win Battle Roads?

uhh i made dialgallade it uses DGX to stop Nidoqueens pokebody and gallade to Spread dont belive me search "SPread" and im the first one to put the 2 together i also put in infernape 4 and infernape 4X i made it (your welcome)

Except that they take out all the trainers and put in Arcanine SV and fire energy. And they can't get the expensive cards so they use the World Championship one.
 
LuxApe and Blaziken will make Beedrill a frustrating play at BRs,

I'm thinking about running a fire variant just to INstant Top Cut on the Beedrill Bandwagon trail :)
 
I'm thinking Kingdra now. Given a guard from Luxray, Kingdra can easily defeat most of the SP's given a smart Kingdra player, especially if more SP's start focussing on Fire. Beedrill can be handled rather well by the 'Dra as well. It just won't be Donkdra anymore, that is passé, but Techdra, much as how Techdrill won worlds.
 
Blaze FB can ohko Horsea in the beggining of the game with just a Cyrus (searching for E-Gain and fire).
Of course Kingdra is also able to donk blaziken but it needs more cards, and that gives disavantage to kingdra at this point.

Also, as you stated, Luxray will be huge, and that could be a problem.

IMO we won't see Kingdra too much now on (unfortunatelly :frown:)

I believe we'll see Machamp, Blazeray (duh), some people will still use Luxape, and Gengar too.
 
To be honest, I think Legos will be a very good deck choice for BR's. It will absolutely slaughter the Beedrill swarm, and it has a pretty positive matchup against Luxape, which I expect to see a lot of.

Exactly everyone was running flygon because of all the SP. Now it will be different.

Random Decks trying to run the new lv. Xs LOL.

Pretty much it, maye some new SD's. I have a feeling Gengar will get really popular again.
 
Well im positive we'll see LuxApe and Gengar decks,
as for me I don't care much for "main stream" decks.

You have the right idea! Kingdra isnt good as a donk deck anymore.
 
The fact that anyone used Gyaradose proves that they weren't thinking ahead. Sorry, but that deck just can't consistently beat Luxray, no matter how you look at it.
