Info on first American BW set

Now the big question is whether or not the rule changes will happen before regionals because the new rule book will be out in the theme decks.

And also if there is going to be a mid-season rotation to stop regionals from being joke.(this is saying that the rule change happens)
 
Triple theme decks again?

Didn't they do that with DP and HGSS too? I'm guessing it's just on the base sets or something.
 
Seems like we aren't getting the starters that has abilities like the good emboar. Well since it got early release before regionals, it does make sence.
 
Wow, the theme decks get released on my birthday. I hope they still come with that bonus booster pack. ^_^

So if the theme decks come out before the set then do the cards from the theme decks become legal for play?

That would be kinda awkward if they come with a booster since then packs will be sought after immensely due to them being available only in the starters as a 1 of for 4 weeks. I just hope the starters are exclusive.

What leads you to believe this? Don't get me wrong, I agree with you, but I didn't see anything mentioning which one we're getting.

Because if you read the theme deck picture on the grass deck it says leaf storm, and the serperior that does not have ability is the one that has leaf storm attack. The one that has heal ability knows grass mixer = grass tornado in English. So from what I read there plus the fact that it's coming out before regionals, these cards won't make a huge change to the game (unless catcher in it but I kinda doubt IMO). Plus it'll be good if they keep the good one for the booster set cause makes sence/seems like they can pull out little more money since they are the good version.
 
I just hope they say that the BW decks are NOT legal for Regionals. That would be a headache beyond a headache...
