Just got it two hours ago, team is:

Lv. 11 Tepig AKA: Blazer
Lv.5 Purrloin AKA: Garfield
Lv.7 Lillipup AKA: Watchdog
Lv.5 Patrat (he has no nickname yet)
 
I might be getting the game tomarrow, so I'll get:
Snivy
Beldum (I'll Send it over from Soulsilver)
Charmander (I'll send it over from Soulsilver)
Some Univa Pokemon
Some Univa Pokemon
(later in game) Resheram or Zekrom (which ever the the black Legendary Pokemon in White)
 
I just got my 3rd badge. Have not yet gone to Victini, but i did get my Zoura. And now that i have an EXP Share, i will be grinding a bit for the little one. *Looks at Munna and Blitzle* So far, caught every pokemon available until now - I hated looking for Lilligant.
 
guys quick question. How soon can I send over Pokemon from a game say Soulsilver? I like to play these games with lv 1 Absol since it's favorite Pokemon, is there a way I can get one sent over early in the game so ti can grow with my team?
 
Beat the game :)

Absol: You cannot do this until after you beat the E4 and then go to the Shift Factory beforehand.
 
You can use the relocator for the Zoroark & Zoura events when you get to the city with the 3rd gym. Everything else has to wait until after the end of the game.
 
Has anyone else named their Snivy "Smugleaf" made famous from the internet meme? This is actually the first time ever I have ever picked the grass starter. I'm glad that the boxes are back to the way they were because they messed them up in HGSS. I got the Limited guide book and it is awesome.
 
The 4th Gym drove me nuts. The Emolga's just wouldn't go away.

1. Find a patch of grass.( Almost any will do - I used the one to the left of the playground where the Day Care is)
2. Run up and down alongside the grass (but not in it or you will just be fighting too many randoms)
3. Listen for a rustling sound and watch for a patch of shaking grass
4. Go to the shaking grass and find an Audino

You do the same thing in some caves to find Drillbur in dust clouds. If you are going to do that I recommend using Repels as it gets frustrating fighting all the randoms

Joltik is ridiculously cute.

I defeated the 4th gym leader and im about to enter the 5th gym
 
Got White yesterday... oddly, TRU was out of the Legendary Package thing, but Target still had the art portfolios left, despite "extremely limited qualities." TRU said they moved at least 180 copies, which is probably an indicator of record-breaking sales.

I named myself TYRONE and chose Snivy. Unfortunately, it's Relaxed. Did anyone choose Oshawott? Haven't gotten to the first gym yet... The Snivy is Lv.12 and I have Lv.4-5-ish Lillipup and Patrat. Whoo.

Anyone get the guide? Is it worth getting?
 
It's Castelia City - the really big one after the bridge.

Go left along the waterfront to the last pier and talk to the guy by the boat.
