I don't entirely understand what you want me to do here. What reason do I have to be on the defense? In case this is what you want me to do, I'll tell you why I voted for you, and why I still have not removed my vote yet.

I originally voted for you so you would feel motivated to start posting. But since you replied so quickly (18 minutes if I remember correctly) it gave the impression that you were lurking.

And still, after that you said how weird ultimatedra was being, with examples (except for the challenge thing) that weren't weird at all. And on top of that, you voted for him without giving him a chance to respond to your challenge. Removing it so soon after JewelQuest commented on it was a weird thing to do as well. Were you trying to get her to unvote you?

And finally, we have your random challenges you made in that one post. If they are not part of your role, (I assume they are not since nothing happened) then why did you do them? It just seemed very random to me. You are, in your own way, sort of acting like Diaz.

So yeah, with you doing all of these things, I'm not going to unvote you.

PM - I recommend you change your play style right quick. If you are trying to find you "in" by adopting a play style, Diaz style was the wrong one to take.

Do you get emails when there is a reply or something? or are just stalking the thread? Neither are bad but I am amazed on how quickly you respond to posts.

To answer your question, I learned to type quickly, and I tend to stalk the thread because I usually have another website up that takes forever to load. That and I have nothing better to do...
I also like to respond fast, because if I need the person to respond to that post I want to catch them before they get off.

Now, back to Werewolf.

At least PMysterious isn't quite as annoying as Diaz, but he is heading in that direction.

Wow, guys, I was hoping we wouldn't do this again. This happens ever single game practically, and still no one has caught on. Magneboar in WW XV, Barkjon in WW XIV, and FLamingJapeneseMan in WW XII. Every game there's bound to be some noob that will make a slip up, and they always ended up lynched. Now normally, I wouldn't be too opposed to this, but I feel there is another better lynch: dave.
Here are the pros and cons of dave's, lynch over PM's, and visa versa

dave
pros: -More clearly scummy or not one way or another, slip less attributable to newbness, so there is nothing for him to hide behind(easier to reach consensus on scumming)
-Skillful enough to talk his way out of lynch as scum, and will help the scum more if given a night.

cons: -Is more predictable than PM, and may be easier to read if given time
-If town, will be more of an asset once proven

PM
pros: -is very unpredictably, and may be hard to read in the future
-will not be too great a loss beyond numbers and possibly role if town

cons: -will be easier to read and control in the future, so there is not much difference in waiting.
-he is unlikely to make a move over night, and is less dangerous left alive.

However, although the pros and cons look about equal on paper, I just can't bring myself to push a PM lynch because he just reads so town to me. His play is a spitting image of FJM's play as town, as well as a few other instances I can't think of off the top of my head (Yes I did read all of the WW games before I got an account and could join). It my sound insane, this feels like deja vu all over again.

This post sums up pretty well FJM's actions. He was town, a steelix required to post two lines only, but requiring two extra votes to lynch.
His flip-flopped, confused actions are just like PM's, and I really don't think I can support his lynch, at least not for a few more days.

Let's change the trend of newb lynch for good.

That's one example of scumminess, as pf5 pointed out. In general, looking at his ISO, he has not posted much of anything relevant lately, and has been somewhat wishy washy, seeming to want to let the PM lynch slide. Here are his posts in order since the start of the game

post #308: It's very early in day 1. At the time of that post, I was waiting for more posts from Diaz that shows whether or not he will consistently replace f with ph and giving us link to song on Youtube. I do not think on day 1 you can make any other conclusion about a speech's role other than that person has a speech role.

Lil_Magma's playstyle bothers me a bit as he rarely ever post.

He seems unwilling to take a side, hasn't talked at all about PM, trying to turn attention to diaz, impediments, etc.

I have to agree with DP for now. While I still don't like the way Diaz plays, I have to agree, no matter whose side he is on, he does know what he is doing. Can't say the same for PMysterious.

Dave not having talked about PM at all is making me wonder. He continually tries to put pressure on others, especially Diaz and inactives.

PCPB needs some explaining to do. How does PM read complete townie to you? I think he reads the contrary to the rest of us. Also, suddendly switching your stance on PM is fishy.

I'm still holding off on voting. While PM seems ever so slightly wolfy, he is evidently a noob and noobs tend to be suspicious - I've been there, two WW games ago. Not trying to defend him, however. PM, I recommend either explaining or changing your play style and get off the road towards a lynching.

Anyways, as for Diaz. I think he is simply playing aggressive as he tends to do, and simply get Day 1 moving faster. As for his impediment, I am confused as to why he lied/pretended. Besides getting some discussion going, it did almost nothing for the game.

How is PM playing even slightly like FJM? For starters, the circumstances are completely different, so its hard to compare the two in the first place. FJM was jumping around so much, he was beginning to become a threat to the town. He was also making very large contradictions in his posts. I personally think the town did the right thing by lynching him.

PM on the other hand is just acting weird, and in my opinion, overly defensive. After I called him out, he posted 18 minutes later, and it was speculated by Pikamaster that he might have been lurking. So soon after that is posted, he tries (this is just one of the ideas that occurred to me. I could be completely wrong.) to deflect the attention onto ultimatedra using examples of supposedly weird behavior. And if I am correct about that (I already said that it was just a theory and that I could be completely wrong) then that actually is a wolfy thing to do. So PMysterious, could you tell me why you made that post against ultimatedra?

And I would like to point out that he never responded to the post I made about him. And actually, I would like it if he would do that.

Of course I realize that all of this could be because he's a new player, I'm always going to keep that in mind. But I do want to hear what he has to say about this.

And no, I am not defending dave628. I just feel that PMysterious should be examined more before we move onto another lynch candidate.

Having read through the 1st Game day involving FMJ, I really don’t think PM is acting the same way. PM is on the track to get going that way, though…

We have about another 48ish hours left in the game day.

We should, in the next 24ish hours or so, probably decide as a group who we want to day-one lynch.

Also in the next 24 I’d like to hear back from Benzo about the lie he might have found; hear from Dave with SOME ort of defence, and hear from PM as to why we shouldn’t lynch him.

I think I’m leaning towards the Dave camp, but I’m still a bit in the grey area for what to do.

Just as an aside, Scottistru; I used the whole “If I was scum I’d be easier to read down the line so keep me” approach and nobody fell for it. Yet it falls squarely into your list for PM’s lynch pro/cons.
