personally i'd say neither, but that ain't an option unfortunatly. so i'd go for vire, it's more stable. kricitune is just... uh... how can i put this, hollow? unstable? unreliable?

krickit just seems like, you now... 'yeah man, my deck is 4-4 line, w00t!' wah???

vire if they're the choises

Honestly it depends on your local metagame. If you plan on seeing lots of fire based decks (Ape, Magmortar, even Blaziken/Typlosion Firestarter decks) then you will be in for a long day. If however Mario or other Lucario based decks are popular then 'Vire will have a problem as well. Of the two, Krictetune is the easier to play and can be a beast on anything that needs to set up (like 'vire). Flyvire is balanced and good late game and is a bit better balanced, but it's definately slower than the quick hitting decks out there right now.

kricktune is ehh

i played vs one and t2 they had 2 kricktunes and 2 tots, doing 80 a turn. i still won with a crappy empoleon list. if your opponent can setup kricktune loses a lot more games, once they start koing things you're in trouble

yea i agree with Darkwalker it's all about your meta Fire will screw you other wise you should be ok with tune. But if fire is rampant use vire. But also if you play tune you kind of need TSD

I'd go with electivire.
Krick needs to beat the oponent in the first few tuens, if it dosen't you almost lost.
Vire is better in the long run.
It can deal up to 120 damage every turn with ease.
