Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Heroes Season 2! (Spoilers Inside)

Wow!
The season's off to a great start. Lots of new questions posed by the first episode... looks like it's going to be a good season.
The Takezo character/story is HILARIOUS in my opinion. So far, it looks like they thought that character out very well.
The scenes with Noah at the paper company were pretty darn funny too.
I wonder who the person in the hoodie that killed(?) Kaito was.
West having a power doesn't surprise me, but I wonder why they made it a power that another character already has (flight). Hmm... must be more to it.
Then there's Molly, who's dreaming of the person that's "worse than the boogeyman"... wonder who that could be. Maybe the person that killed(?) Kaito?
Also, Peter is alive (but his family doesn't know that), but he has amnesia? o_O
And what I'm trying to figure out is why they think Peter's dead, but don't question the fact that Nathan, who exploded with him, is alive.

Also, sidenote, was the Heroes Two Screen Experience working for anyone? It wasn't working for me.

lol pretty good start to the new season

My guess is that Molly is actually something bad like theres something inside her that awakens later on. And looks like both Claire and HRG blew their cover day one.. OOPS. As for the hoodie guy, I'm curious too.

ITS BILL BELICHICK!! OH GOD!!

Naw Naw they wouldn't show somethin like that on TV....but I do find it interesting that people actually watch Heroes.

Wooper - I dunno. It's kinda weird, though... the peter that nathan sees in the mirror has his face mutated from the explosion, but the peter that is found in the warehouse doesn't.
Quite a few possibilities with that.

desert eagle - I don't think so... the evil that she's dreaming about is that guy that's "worse than the boogeyman" from the end of last season, who can see you when you think about him (quite an interesting/useless power, if you ask me). Doesn't seem like that'd be some evil identity inside of her, but I dunno.

Azure Kite - Wouldn't show something like what on TV?

EDIT: Oh, also, interesting little tidbit, if anyone keeps up with the various websites created within the Heroes 360 Experience, the final installment of the Takezo Kensei "documentary" revealed that Linderman's first name was Daniel.

I was makin a joke....desert eagle said bill belichick and was just saying...ooh nvm its not funny when yuo have to explain everyone knows that.

I thought it was awesome, but with limited comercial interuptions they showed the same commercial 3 times in a row twice. Also i found Hiro's hero a little strange to say the least.

If you knew anything about sports, you would know that Evil+Hoodie = Bill Belicheat

I think two theories or questions posed by the first chapter are pretty obvious.

1) When Nathan was flygin Peter up, Peter convinced him to release him so he could save himself. Peter's image that Nathan saw was simply the image he has of Peter with which he torments himself by nbearly letting him explode all of NY.

2) Hiro IS the Takezo Kensei of the stories, he just doesn't know it yet.

What has me really intrigued and ticked that they didnt show was Hiro's father power. I really wanted to see what 'few things' he knew about killing.

I can't wait until they kill Angela Petrelli =P. I also want to know who the other 9 'originals' are.

Heroes is too good.

With Hiro, I think it's one of two things:
A. He is Takezo Kensei, like you said
B. He just helps Takezo Kensei become an honorable warrior that isn't a drunkard.

As for Kaito's power, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that there'll be at least one episode in this season set in the era of the older generation heroes (Linderman/Simon Devaeux/Petrelli parents/Kaito), so we might get to see it then.

Yeah, I also thought Sylar would be in this episode. Well, next episode he will be, according to the previews.
Lots of questions brought up by this episode.

-I'm thinking that this Irish mob boss guy (didn't catch his name) that Peter's captors are reporting to is probably pretty important. Either an employee of the company, or one of the people from kaito/angela's "group." Maybe both.

-Yaaayyy Haitian! Quite interesting that he had the virus, then erased Mohinder's memory after it was cured. Doesn't make sense, though - Noah is allied with Mohinder, and the Haitian appears to still be allied with Noah, so... hmm. I don't know. Weird stuff going on between the company and its former employees.

-Maya/Alejandro's story continues to be more mysterious. Is it just me, or does Nidia (their old friend) have mind-reading powers? The sound effects when she "read maya's palms" sounded similar to Matt's mind reader effects.
Also, it seems as though Alejandro can cure people affected by Maya's power, not just negate Maya's power... just raises more questions about their powers.
I'm thinking Maya's "virus", if thats what it really is, might be eye-contact-borne? Like, if she looks at your eyes while her eyes are "bleeding", you get the virus.

-Well, at first I thought Pablo was going to be right about Kensei - with Hiro being the real Kensei - and that theory was strengthened when Kensei was shot.
Except, yknow, HE CAN HEAL HIMSELF.
Now it looks like he really will become the hero (with Hiro's help). What I'm wondering is... maybe Claire/Nathan/Angela/Peter are descendants of Kensei? Kensei's white... and if powers are genetic, maybe he passed his healing all the way down to claire (mighta skipped some generations with peter/nathan, but I dunno).

-What's up with Angela? I think either an invisible person was trying to kill her, or something within her tried to make her kill herself. I think its the latter, since when they asked who was doing it to her, she gave them her photo with the mark. But meh, I dunno. Lots of possibilities.

Also, from the previews... is that Jessica on that island with Sylar?!

I give this season about 50/50 odds at jumping the shark.

And if this one doesn't, the next one will have a 75% chance, then the next one will have a 87.5% chance, then the next one will have a 93.75% chance...
The plot's going to keep getting more out there as the show progresses, I think.

The impression I got when Mohinder spoke with Noah (he's Claire's 'dad', right?) was that Mojinder was faking the memory loss...

Actually, this is a very possible. Angela Petrelli said to Parkman that Kensei's symbol was the symbol of her husband's law firm or something, which could mean that he was a long descendent of Kensei.

RR - Yeah, I didn't get to hear the dialogue between Mohinder and Noah, too much noise in the background. Upon reading the newest graphic novel online, I see you're right - the Haitian told Mohinder to fake the memory loss. Makes sense, too, since the Haitian, Mohinder, and Noah are all going against the company for whom Mohinder "works."

desert eagle - Well, keep in mind that that symbol has been used for a LOT of things throughout the series.

The episode was 'meh' IMO, not as good as the season starter. When Peter gets all his memories back he's basically going to be invinsible, where's the fun in that? I think he's too powerful now.
