    Kyurem EX's Hail Blizzard

After using Kyurem EX's Hail Blizzard (120dmg and can't use it during next turn); during next turn, if i retire Kyurem EX to the bench and then put it again on active position (via switch or with Vaniluxe's Slippery Soles ability e.g.), is Kyurem Ex able to use Hail Blizzard again?

HGSS-on Vanilluxe NEX w/Kyurem EX or Zekrom EX?. Which would be better???

That's the idea. I mentioned Cofagrigus, because its used to heal a badly damaged Kyurem EX, while KO-ing the opponents' active pokémon via counter transfer. Cofagrigus is setup, only for that kind of emergency.

HGSS-on Vanilluxe NEX w/Kyurem EX or Zekrom EX?. Which would be better???
