I apologize in advance, i know you can't answer questions this early, but is the effect of ludicolo's "cheerful voice" pokepower on himself or on the opponents active pokemon? In other words, can my opponent's defending pokemon retreat out of it's effects?

my dp torterra uses leaf storm on my opponent's stormfront electrode with radiance as it's pokebody. Does leaf storm's healing effect resolve before or after radiance places dmg counters?
