Stategy:
wreak havoc with a fast torterra needing only 2 energy to attack ( via wild growth ) using frenzy plant then vigorous dash etc. While healing vigourous dashes recoil (via dawn stadium + leafeon) and when getting tired of torterra's destruction, switch leafeon up for a verdant dance of extreme power. so 100 using frenzy plant and vigourous dash doing 30 damage to benched pokemon (+ 100 to active) to wipe out big bad boys. The concept has been there for a while, the only real question is will it work. 21 pokemon may be to many for a deck such as this. Honestly you don't need 22 grass energy maybe like 12-14, I know it sounds dumb, but you are doubling your energy with Sceptile.

Here is what I would do:

-8 grass
-1 Torterra lv.x
-4 Celio's
-1 Scott
-3 Stones

+1 Torterra DP
+3 Roseanne's
+4 Bebe's Research
+4 Professor Oak's Visit
+1 Dawn Stadium
+4 Super Scoop Ups.

That should help to make the deck a little more consistent, and up to date for next format. I like the deck a lot and it is a good idea. Good luck my friend and God Bless!
