Okay, I just have to say, I DIDN'T TAKE NOTES. lol I forget them at my house so yeah. I ran VileGar and didn't test much except for playing against myself. I put a Mewtwo Lv.X and Blissey PL line in for mirror match and SP. I didn't use the Mewtwo AT ALL so I'm taking that out for more consistency. If possible, I will post the list somewhere else. I am really glad that I ran Blissey because it saved me so much such as in the first match!
Round one: vs. ??? with LostGar (not the hybrid)
okay, so when we flipped, I know he was playing a gengar variant because he had gastlys and stuff out. when he got a TM spiritomb, I know he was playing LostGar. so he gets a gengar prime out and I am thinking about getting the vileplume out and I do which saves me. so basically he hurls into darkness my pokemon until he has 5 pokes in the lost zone while he has the lost world in hand and I have a gengar and Blissey out. I nurse call to get rid of my Pokemon and sweep the board with gengar. GG 1-0
Round two: vs. ??? with Gyarados
Let's say I get a T2 vileplume and lock him and I win with gengar. GG 2-0
Round 3: vs. Gengar Machamp
hoo... this was a good game. so I get an ok start and he gets a better one with 'tomb. he darkness graces into a haunter. then I retreat my active for a spiritomb and grace for haunter. then he slaps down a bts and evolves into gengar and machamp and ataches a fighting and q the 'tomb then takes me out.
I use twins for a gengar and psychic and evolve haunter and attach the psychic. he then gets ahead on prizes and eventually because 3-1 his favor. he attaches to Machamp and uses hurricane punch on my gengar x and flips all heads. so I lose lol. I was laughing after this round. GG 2-1
Round 4: vs. Gyarados
so I get down paired to a 1-2 and get a horrible start. eventually, he gets a T2 Gyarados and 2 Magikarp in the discard... with... a... Registeel. WELL anyway, he gets ahead in prizes, I use twins and get set up and he gets DGX out and so I level it down and sweep the board with a little resistance but not too much. GG 3-1
Round 5: vs. LuxChomp
My opponent gets a horrible start while I get a spiritomb start with an oddish and I have the vileplume and collecter in hand. so, I get the T2 lock and I swept with Gengar. GG 4-1
Round 6: vs. Gyarados
I start with Oddish, Q, and psychic. he starts Q and goes first. attaches and passes. I top deck Q, quick, retreat, attach, donk. GG? 5-1
Top Cut
Top 8: vs. LoxChomp
Game One
he tries to get Honchkrow out but I get the T2 lock and sweep with Gengar. he scoops.
Game Two
I get the lock turn 4 and sweep with gengar. my opponent can't get Honchkrow out. GG.
Top 4: vs. LuxChomp
Game One
I get the lock turn 3 (seeing a pattern here?) and sweep with Gengar.
Game Two
Same as game one except with a bit more resistance... GG anyway.
Top 2: vs. GeChamp
Game One
Game goes into prize exchange T5 but I get ahead and win it.
Game Two
he gets ahead in the prize lead and I can't keep up. I scoop.
Game Three
This goes to time when I have two prizes left. I take a prize on turn one and shadow room something turn 3 so very GG man.
So, I won. yeah, I really exceeded my expectations! I just wanted to make top 16 for the packs lolbut I end up winning!
