2 questions about fisherman and prime-lv X

Hello, i have 2 question

i) what happened if i have less of 4 basic energy in my discard pile and i play fisherman? i return all of them? or i can't play it because i've less of 4 energy in my discard pile?

ii) can i play a pokemon lv X on a pokemon prime?, like the new gengar prime and gengar lv X of arceus edition?

i. you return as many as you can. You have to have at least one energy to return to play the card.

ii. It's not out yet, but "prime" is not part of the Pokemon's name. It's not even printed anywhere on the card.
A prime Pokemon is just a regular Stage 2 with fancy holofoil, that's all. It is the same name as a regular version.
