2 Quick Breeding Questions

I'm trying to get an Steelix with the right nature that knows Explosion (LM). So I'm training a Geodude so it knows Explosion and breed it with my female Onix to get an Adamant Exploding Onix (Then evolve it).

My questions are:

1. Like TM's and HM's, can you breed a Tutor move to a pokemon?

2. Is the nature you get random, or does it come from the mother?

the nature is random unless the female is holding an everstone then the poke has a 50% chance of ahving the nature. I dont think u can breed tutor moves unless they both have them.

if you equip an everstone to the mother(or ditto) it has a 50% chance of being that nature. I don't think you can breed move tutor moves. if you could I would have like 80 rock sliding aerodactyl's up for trade.
