Don't like it very much. The Power is decent, but it's flippy.

The attack is really bad. 60 damage for 3 energy and you may damage your own bench? All right, you could damage your opponent's bench too, but that's also flippy.

Modified: 4.5/10
Unlimited: 1/10
Draft/limited: 8.5/10
Fun: 6/10

Could be useful with 4 of them and 4 ssu, but otherwise......
3/10 Most legends aren't good...

Good HP for a basic, good resistance, not much seen weakness, incredible art.
Its power its good, even if its flippy, you can leave your opponent unable to attack or retreat, from your bench! attack its good. 3 energies for 60 its average, and sniping posibility. In a gyarados deck, its drawback becomes helpful. good card, it would be better if it had a 1/2 energy attack.
7/10

If you get lucky with ssu and the ability and the attack this is a very useful card. It really goes along with Bronzong because of its pain amplifier attack increases all damage done to opponent's pokemon by 10

Not that hot of a card.(little humour there) Like the other birds, it has a 50-50 chance of using the Power which is already weak, and can only be used once unless your willing to waist SSU's on a weak 50-50 Power. Weak attack, with risk of hurting yourself, and doesn't seem to work with other bench attacking cards in the format. I don't see the idea behind this card, or any of the other birds, or how they would work together in a deck.

4/10

3/10, another of those highly mediocre legendary cards...Power is potentially useful, but I hate flips. The attack is also flippy, but it still have some combo possibilities. Still it is far from revolutionary and will probbaly not be seen in the metagame.

It would be better if the power didn't need to flip. If you want to abuse it with SSU, you have to flip 2 heads (one with SSU, one with power) just to paralyze the opponent.

The attack is not that great either.

Why are legendary pokemon usually bad while pokemon like Pachirisu and Dunsparce so good?

Meh. Since almost every deck out there runs Switch/Warp Point, the power helps, but not enough to waste bench space and deck space if you put in SSU. Attack is mediocre. Overall, just meh.
I give it,
4/10

When I first saw this card, I thought it would have some potential. I do not think that anymore.

Poke-Power: Flippy but could affect. Paralyze is always nice, but I think this is the least good of the 3 Poke-Powers of the legendary birds.

Attack: 3 Energy for 60 Damage is average in the format. The power can result in hurting your opponent's bench or your opponents. Not the best attack.

Lets say, this card is flippy. If the power were more like Gliscor LV.X, and the attack didn't have the affect of hurting your bench, then it would be better.

Meh. I'll give it a 5/10-Limited.
8/10 Modified. This card is pretty decent here.
1/10 Unlimited. Just so many better cards.

^ Why that? You did the same thing on the pory-z x thread. You gave it 10 just because you got it
at the prerelease.
You didn't rate it. You just gave it a number. That's spam.
You gave it 10s when it is a bad card.

ANYWAY, it's too flippy. It wont work with bronzong(Like someone said).
Two pokes, both doing 60 for 3.

IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT.

I'm sure its just a mix of the TCG games special and base's version so its not that great maybe if you run 4 with 4 superscoop ups but then you would have 3 times that it would work on a 50/50 coin

Articuno is...ok. 100 HP is nice for a Basic, x2 Weakness to Steel is good since there are not many steel decks at all (for now), -20 Resistance to Fighting is great, and 2 Energy for a Retreat Cost is a bit bad. Freezing Screech is nice, letting you paralyze an opponent's defending Pokemon when you play Articuno from your hand onto the bench. Blizzard is sort of meh, dealing only 60 for 2 Water and a Colorless. The chance for bench damage is nice with a flip of Heads, but if you flip Tails, it'll end up damaging your own bench instead.

Modified - 3/10 (No real use in any deck, unlike its brothers Zapdos and Moltres)
Limited - 8/10 (Solid big basic Pokemon, though it takes a bit to power up)
Unlimited - 1/10 (Why would you use this here?)

The weakest of the three new birds. Looks like it still is 3>2>1 eh?

Power sucks, and it's flippy. The attack is flippy, and also sucks. 3 for 60 is pretty sucky nowadays without a good effect(like GG's). I would much rather run 4 SSU and 4 Zappy/Molty with some support cards then this crap.
