IMO, the best Dialga out there (that's not G). Even so, it's still pretty useless in most decks. It gets sprayed, and its Poke Power is the only real reason to play it. 50 for 3 is pretty bad, even with an Uxie-like effect. Double weakness to Fire is bad, and 3 retreat cost is TERRIBLE. Delcatty + Rhyperior X + this = MEGA ULTRA DAMAGE.

4.5/10

Good if you want to make Blastcatty/Delperior but can't get ahold of the Delcatty - w/ Super Scoop Up can be an interesting alternative. Overall, pretty horrible though. Bad attack, average power.

What is this, spam CotD day? lol

Anyways, this is one of three (where there that many Dialga in this set? lol) Dialgas up for review; besides Dialga G (which oddly isn't included so far), this is the best regular Dialga in the set. 100 HP is good for a Basic Pokemon, x2 Weakness to :fire: is fine since :fire: decks aren't that common these days, -20 Resistance to :psychic: is always good, and :colorless:colorless:colorless to Retreat is...expensive. Reverse Time is a very handy Poke-Power, almost makes Dialga worth being teched; it basically mimics Night Maintenance to a degree, but puts your cards on top of your deck in any order you choose, instead of randomly thrown in the deck. Time-Space Traveling is expensive at :metal::colorless:colorless for 50, but you also get to draw cards until you have 7 in your hand, which is ok if you're running low.

Modified - 6/10 (Any Dialga without G in its name is usually worthless, but this one does have a good Poke-Power)
Limited - 8/10 (Decent attack and good Poke-Power makes this worth considering, if only for the Poke-Power)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here)

Tried this in my Blastcatty deck and it was WAY too clunky. If you're forced to start with it the high retreat cost is brutal and you don't even get the benefit of it's power. Not worth it to take up valuable bench space. Just didn't work out for me.

5/10

Super good if you run Blastcatty, but the bench space is a lot worse than an Azelf or Uxie, which have 1 retreat if they are stuck there. 7/10.
