My opinion?

This. Card. Is. Terrifying.

Attacks:

Delivery: Grabbing any one card from your discard and putting it in your hand can be broken beyond all belief, depending on the situation. Eight times out of Ten, you'll have played a Bebe's or something that you'll need to get back later on... It also combos insanely well with the strategy I'm about to mention. (8/10)

Lifting: This makes Bronzong G scary. This is why I fear this card in so many ways, as it means that you can hyper energy accelerate. This strategy is good in theory and amazing in practice, but rarely used to my great surprise. This strategy combos well with Drifblim's first attack, which can help you fetch supporters and Team Galactic Invention cards (namely Poke Turn) for use later. Assuming that you aren't running a pure-SP deck with a Drifblim as a tech (which would be interesting in its own right) that you can focus on a strategy that recycles your Bronzongs for the purpose of energy acceleration.

This is the quickest way I know of getting energy out, as it allows you to attach four energies in one turn.(Bronzong G, Bronzong G, Flint's to a new/another Bronzong G, and then the attach.) This is assuming that you're not playing a strange Porygon variant or going up against an SP deck with an odd Gardevoir variant. (9/10)

Ominous Wind: Not amazing, but a solid 40 and confusion. I'd only use this attack if I needed to, as the other two are just too good to pass up. (6/10)

HP: 90 is okay, but not amazing. (6/10)

Weakness: Dark + 20 isn't bad, but it's not amazing either. (7/10)

Resistance: Normal -20... Not bad, but most decks that use Normal Types run a dark engine or a sub-type. So it's not very useful. (6/10)

Retreat Cost: Free! Woot! This makes this very playable, though I'd probably attack with it until it was KO'd. (10/10)

Overall: 8/10

This card is an amazing tech in decks that can fit it in, namely for its playability with Bronzong G. I'm tempted to play the two in a deck with a heavy main attacker. This could make Pokemon with higher attack costs outside of Grass types more playable, or make the lighter attackers more of a threat. I'm tempted to try this engine out for myself.
