yes!

This right here is an Amazing card! Perfect in any SP deck! It is a must use if your running something with many different energies used...

9/10 in SP decks
0/10 in anything not Sp...

EDIT: First lol

SP Energy... Oh, SP Energy.

I like this card, personally, but I really don't see it very often when playing against SP variants. Kind of strange.

7/10

It's better than Multi-Energy because you don't put a damage counter on the Pokemon you attach it to. But it's only for SPs. 10/10 for SP decks.

Edit, yes I mean Rainbow Energy. Thanx_Lord Neas.

^ I think you mean rainbow Energy, multi's only draw back is that it loses its effect if more than one special energy is present. That being said, i have witnessed few "good" SP decks that use this energy. Most SP decks only use a small number of energy (we are talking under 10 for the most part) and cannot afford to run to many non search-able energy, considering most run call and some even run warp energy. Most SP attacks only require one specefic energy type, the rest of the cost being in colorless currency. The ones that do, aka Hydro shot and Remove Lost can be easily powered by clever usage of Bronzong G:pokeball:

4/10

Not being searchable with a cyrus makes this card mediocre (although rightly so). Its not bad to run one or two in a blazeray or infernape deck as it does give you some flexibility with brongzong G. However, having bronzong g usually means youdont have to worry too much about energies anyway.

6/10 For being unsearchable

This card is awesome and makes this tcg noticeably more entertaining by allowing more original strategies to be created. 10/10 in SP decks, obviously.

Rather use Multi Energy, as most SP decks run like 9 Basic Energy anyways (Barring Dialga), that way Azelf and stuff can attack.

8/10

In an SP deck that runs a maximum number of Cyrus' and Roseanne's (and relies less on Claydol), SP energy is an inconvenience.

And if you want to run just in case, you're better off running Multi instead.

4/10

In theory it's a really broken card, however most SP decks play very little of it. A certain amount of basic energy is needed to draw with Cyrus and Roseannes, and there's never any room for this.

Of course everyone would love to run this card, but sadly you can only tend to fit in 1-2 and rarely 3. It's a good card though so, 6/10.

Now here's an energy card I like. As it appears, SP energy can be very helpful to SP decks, since it's thoroughly a rainbow energy for them. Do you run an additional attacker in an SP deck (such as a Quagsire GL in a Dialga G deck) but you don't have the energy card type in the deck? Then SP energy becomes pretty helpful there.

Overall 8/10 in modified

A really good card in SP decks, but the main reason no one really wants to play it is because it can become inconsistant since it's a special energy card, and there's no way you can search your deck for a special energy card right at this very moment.

Today's CotD is SP Energy...well, Sp decks certainly like it! Providing a mere :colorless: to most Pokemon, if you attach this to a SP Pokemon, it acts as every type of Energy for it (basically a Multi or Rainbow). Quite invaluable if you're dealing with more than 1 SP Pokemon type.

Modified - 8/10 (Definitely worth considering if you run more than 1 kind of SP Pokemon type in your deck)
Limited - 9/10 (Largely depends on if you use any SP Pokemon, but if you do, consider this. At worst, it still gives :colorless: to all Pokemon)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No SP Pokemon here?)

Awesome card and it would really be helpful in any SP deck, but its major drawback is the fact that you cannot search for it. If you could search for this card it would quickly become a lot more usable. Until that happens or if it happens at all I'll give it a 6/10. It would be a 10/10 if it were search able.

It works in SP decks, and only SP decks. It is a nice addition for a SP deck that runs many types of energy requirements, such as Dialga/Palkia/Luxray with a Toxicroak G Promo. The fact that it is not searchable is bad. 5/10

Todays CotD (SP energy, a special energy from RR) is great in SP decks. Even in colorless decks, you could run this; the downside is that it ain't searchable... by anything. In SP decks this can provide every type of energy; considering it is attached to an SP

Modified: 9/10 (only in SP decks...)
Limited: 7/10 (not as good here, considering you probably wont get as many SP)
Modified: 1/10 (There ain't any SP here...)
