(Post #2) Good in certain decks like Gyarados...Kingdra....? Many low energy high hp Pokes could use this well. I think scoops are better in 75% of all situations.
4/10

Eh.....its ok Like what Surskit said be good for a low energy deck but really could be a game changer!!

Igives it a:

5/10

The Energy discard isn't the reason I'm not mad keen on it. The reason it's sub-par is because it's so easily 'Sprayed. And, unlike Garchomp, you can't Turn it back up - you have to SSU it back into your hand. Then, if you don't get the heads, you're left with a dead card on your bench. Not enough output from the effort it takes to use it successfully.

I'm giving it 6/10 because it can actually be effective in budget Gyarados decks and decks like Kingdra that require little energy to attack.

I don't like how the effect is good, but then you have a pretty much dead hitter on your bench. If you are using it, you are probably playing a deck that requires low energy to attack, and therefore can't waste the energy on Blissey once you set it down. You can play Super Scoop Up, but why play it on Blissey when you can play it on your attacker for basically the same effect? 130 HP is good for a Stage 1, 3 for 60 is decent but slightly underpowered, Fighting Weakness isn't the best, and a Retreat Cost of 2 could be better. 5/10

okay

i think the card can change games into anyones favor very fast works with deck gyrados kingdra (prime or the other) donphan maganium (still maganium isn't that good) so yes it can be used in some fairly stable decks yet it can make it hard to play for reasons that you all probably know so i give it a 5/10

Play it in Gyarados, Kingdra, or Speedril. Otherwise, throw it into the binder, never to see the light of day again.
8/10 in Gyara, Kingdra. Speedril for good heals
2/10 in anything else
4/10 in Feraligatr Prime, if you add in Unown RETURN (but why would you do that?)

Only good for the heal. But the heal only happens once at a time which sucks. 2 for 60 isn't worth it. I prefer 2 for 80 or more. Although this is teamed perfectly with Donphan Prime. The HP is great but you'd expect a Blissey to have more because Blissey are known to have a lot of HP. It's HP gets owned by all the other Primes except for Donphan which is said. Blissey's supposed to have the most HP but in card form it doesn't. Weakness to fighting isn't bad because fighting decks aren't at large right now. No resistance is normal for a non flying colourless Pokemon. 2 to retreat is a little bit costly.

Overall 2/10.

Well, this card is around the not so good to decent area in terms of being playable. 130 HP is great for a stage 1, but the weakness hurts, and the retreat cost is a bit heavy. Then you have one pretty cool poke-power that lets you remove damage counters from all of your Pokemon, and then you discard all the energy on the Pokemon you healed. You can also do 60 for three, but that seems a bit low.

Overall 4/10 in modified

Well, this card is actually not too bad that's for sure. It works perfectly well in Gyarados since Gyarados doesn't need any energies to attack. The problem though is that Blissey gets taken down by Power Spray, and it is largely outclassed by Nidoqueen and Garchomp C.

I just realized this could be interesting in decks that allow you to transfer energy as much as you want. Gardy PL, Meganium, etc. Transfer energy to a non-damaged Pokemon, Blissey comes out to heal everything, transfer energy back. May not be the best idea ever but still could be interesting to see how it works.

it would work well also with a deck like Hippowdon who can pull the energy back, or any otehr deck that can pull energy from discard. other than that if it isnt a free attack. it can really hurt...

4.5/10

I thought this card looked familiar...we already reviewed it before!

Almost surprised no one saw that...

So, to quote myself:

Today's CotD is Blissey Prime from GS, ok enough as a kinda pseudo-healing tech ala Pokemon Center, but overall just not that useful. Statwise, 130 HP is great (40 more than average for a Stage 1), x2 Weakness to is meh, no Resistance is common, and to Retreat is a tad pricey. Blissful Nurse is of course, the reason to use this; this Poke-Power pretty much mimics the old Pokemon Center Trainer right down to the discarding energy effect for all the Pokemon you remove damage counters from. Sadly, there's no Alakazam to partner with this, otherwise it could be pretty effective still. SP decks don't like it because it's not a SP (obvious) and the fact they have Garchomp C Lv X. Strength is meh at for 60, not that you should be attacking with it anyways. I guess you could build a deck around this somehow, but it's just not super practical...

Modified - 3/10 (Largely another forgettable Prime card)
Limited - 8/10 (Useful here if only to prevent your opponent from taking a prize, and it has decent stats)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here because of Pokemon Center of course)

Good for Fereligatr Prime since you can fisherman them out into your hand and use it's power to attach to feraligatr and yeah.

8/10
