I love ursaring, he just can mass up so much damage and discard at the same time. 90 and discard for 2? ill buy that.

9/10

This card is pretty sweet with unknown P! It'd get a 10/10 from me if there wasn't a lot of ways to counter his body. 8/10

HP is honestly a little low for being a prime, and the fact that you need to put damage on it. Colorless is a cool type in this format honestly. The Poke-Body is pretty cool, but will be shut down by Dialga G pretty much making you scoop. The T2 90 capabilities with his hammer arm attack is pretty nice. Megaton lariat's also pretty powerful, just costs way too much energy. It's weakness to fighting is pretty bad, if you have 1 counter on it, a donphan or promocroak can one shot it even if the bear has a belt. Its retreat is terrible. Seeing as this deck autolosses to gyarados, luxchomp (they luxray for free prizes till you kill it, then they promocroak you) jumpluff, and DialgaChomp, I see no place for him in competitive play.

Rating: 4/10

When everybody says 2 energy they forget you will not always get DCE. It has to have at least 100 HP for a good damage outpu which makes it about as easy to knock out as Jumpluff. The only difference is that it takes a turn longer to set up.
5/10

Pair it with Typhlosion Prime and Ninetales HS and you have Smokey's evil twin! I'd build the deck just to call it that.

10/10 for that

In reality, it's just not the right format for this card. At this point, it's too slow to swarm, too fragile to tank. Later on, perhaps post-rotation, he can do some big things.

5/10 in today's Modified.

It's a VERY over hyped card. It's good, and will see a lot of play, but just won't keep up with the current Meta.

I would give it 5.5/10

I have tried this deck out with numerous techs and what not and I find it to be a pretty decent card. Unown P is a must tech for him. I am trying Memory Berry atm for him and it's pretty scary hitting for 80 for 1 energy. Not to mention if you slapped a DCE and then another it gets pretty rowdy fast. I find that Nidoqueen helps tremendously when you getting deep into battle I suggest a 2-1-2 or 1-1-1 line. The retreat is not to hot though, also the HP, I honestly expect 130+ for the big boy. I give him a 7/10

U will see this here and there at Nats just cause Pokegym likes to hype bad cards.

Combined with Typhlosion and Ninetales it's alright and can be decent, but overall it's very mediocre and will only be played cause of unnecessary hype.

6/10

You do realize that a memory berry would do 80 damage to the active...but 70 to yourself right? Read the BODY

love the card to death ! works amazing with Nidoqueen and Dusknoir, or Crobat G. amazing damage out put at a fast pace. 10/10

Meh.

The Body is neat, but Dialga can shut it down, and you have to but counters on yourself first.

First attack is WAY too costly without the body, but pretty neat with it.

The last attack is overcosted no matter how you put it. Even if you do manage to live with damage counters, it's gonna be tough to get 2 DCE onto him.

HP is low.

Weakness is terrible, as Promocroak one shots it.

RC is bad.

Modified: 2/5.
Limited: 3/5.

ursaring prime...i like it! if you have 1 damage counter on it, 90 damage for 3 energies and discard the top of your opponents deck. awesome! it can one shot luxray with its second attack with the poke-body. but, it is weak to fighting which means promocroak and donphan 1 hit it. dialga g can shut it down big time. its biggest fear is donphan and luxray which both are popular. 6/10

Time to look at yet another Prime, Ursaring Prime!

110 HP may be great for a stage 1, but not the best for a Prime. Fighting Weakness does hurt sadly, so does the retreat cost.

Ursaring has one characteristic that makes look very interesting, its body. If it has any damage counters on it, all of its attacks do 60 more damage. Now that sounds monstrous doesn't it, and that it is going to get noticeable when we see its attacks. The first attack hit for 30 for 3. Yes, it is expensive, but with DCE and the body, you could be doing 90 easily. The second attack does 60 for 4. Again, it is expensive, but with DCE and the body, you could be doing 120, as well as discarding the top card of your opponent's deck.

Overall 5/10 in modified

Ursaring Prime is definitely a decent card when you look at it. It can potentially hit for a lot of damage thanks to its Body, and it might damage even more with an Expert Belt too. A simple way to activate the body it to put a Rainbow energy onto Ursaring, and voila, let the Poke-body activate. With DCE, it can also attack much faster. The main problems with this card is that Dialga G locks it, Donphan hits with weakness, and Ursaring can't really speed up compared to other fast decks right now. Hopefully, Ursaring will be much better next year.

I love this card!!!!!! yes promocroak and donphan hurt it a bunch but with ninetales and typhlosion prime its a sick mother just u wait folks hell b great.

Such an average card, 6/10

Maybe if it had like 20 more HP or 1 less energy cost for each attack, it could of had a chance.

But other wise, bad.

You can't say that this card is a bad card. It can discard cards from your opponent's deck, which is disruptive, and it can do 90 for 2. 110 HP is pretty good for a Stage 1. The Retreat Cost could be better. Fighting Weakness is also bad since pretty much every LuxChomp plays Promocroaks. 5/10
