Today's CotD is Cinccino from BW, a fairly decent Pokemon to arrive finally, hearkening back to old school "Do the Wave" style decks. Statwise 90 HP is average for a Stage 1 (though a bit weak for a main attacker like Cinccino), x2 Weakness to :fighting: is bleh, no Resistance is common, and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. Tail Slap is basic for :colorless:, giving you 2 coin flips to get Heads for 20 each. Do the Wave is where the party is at though; for :colorless::colorless: you get to deal 20x the number of Benched Pokemon you have, which makes out for an easy 100 damage most of the time, all for the cost of a DCE. Again, the average HP makes it underpowered for a main attacker, but Cinccino has the nice advantage of being :colorless: and using :colorless: for its attack costs, making him an easy fit into almost any deck as a nice secondary attacker (though most people will probably consider Zoroark and Foul Play first admittedly).

Modified - 7/10 (I think it has potential, you can swarm and pray your opponent doesn't set anything up or has a :fighting: deck, or he can compliment just about any deck needing another big attacker)
Limited - 10/10 (You have him and his pre evo, play them. Splashable in any deck for big damage)
Unlimited - 1/10 (Low HP pretty much kills off any potential, which didn't exist anyways)
