@faithorscience: well, does it really evolve into something good? No. Are there better choices than this? Yes. Can it take a hit from Donphan if it uses growl (e quake)? Yes, but thats it, and its not like you'll be able to knock him out with his attack (unless they are extremely forgetful). And it has weakness to Zekrom, he does outrage once, and hes dead.

You're being too demanding with the card, it's a basic. I think it's great except for it's HP, but the resistance and two options for one energy of any kind is pretty nice. I give it a 8/10.

HP is bad, it's the worst Pidove, the others have 50 HP and evos are bad anyway. Don't use it. (like most of the McDonalds promos...)

Today's CotD is Pidove from the McDonalds promos...meh...then again as it evolves into something bad too, shouldn't expect too much. Statwise 40 HP is below the average 60 for a Basic, x2 Weakness to :lightning: does it no favors, -20 Resistance to :fighting: helps, and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. You have 2 attack options for :colorless:; Growl to reduce incoming damage from the Defending by 20 during their next turn, or Gust for 10. Neither are amazing, but both are at least cheap.

Modified - 1/10 (As his evolutions suck, Pidove gets no use either)
Limited - 0/10 (Promo)
Unlimited - 1/10 (See modified review, x100)
