I agree that it is a mostly unplayable card but the art is very nicely done and good for collectors, therefore 3/10

I disagree with the previous posters, this card is a lot more playable than they realise. Petal Dance is very good for just one energy as it guarantees confusion. His second attack doesn't do much damage, but provides a very good counter to spread decks. Sadly, his low HP is what kills him, if you want to use a tech grass card to hit for weakness then stick to Simisage.

4/10

And how is guaranteed self-confusion good?

It confuses itself.

It's the kind of card I'm glad I pulled once but never want to pull again. Really nice art! Really unplayable.

eh, i would say its pretty good if you didnt pull a serp in limited and youre against someone playing a spread type deck. Other whys, its pretty much only useful for its artwork. 1/10

Today's CotD is Lilligant from BW...well unlike her in-game counterpart (which rocks playing through the game), the TCG version is rather shoddy at best. Statwise 80 HP is meh for a Stage 1 (10 lower than average), x2 Weakness to :fire: sucks, -20 Resistance to :water: helps...somewhere...and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. Petal Dance isn't too bad for :grass:, 30x the number of Heads you get with 3 coins can become pretty powerful for a mere investment, but unfortunately you get tagged with Confusion at the end, which is bleh. Leaf Storm is ok, :grass::colorless: for 30 is a bit overpriced, but healing 20 off all your :grass: Pokemon is a nice effect.

Modified - 2/10 (Maybe if you're running mono-:grass:...but then again, stacking Serperior in that case accomplishes the same thing pretty much...)
Limited - 8/10 (Sold choice for :grass: decks, Petal Dance in particular is great)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here)
