Yay~ The "Good" Ferrothorn.

Ideally, with that attack "Gyro Ball", the stats of this card shouldn't matter. Pair this puppy up with a certain gothic trainer blocker, some switches/dodrios, and some crafty thinking, and you've got yourself a hg/ss on deck that plays just like cursegar.

7/10 modified
8/10 limited

I was planning on putting this card with vioplume drudgien and dodrio and switch anbd rocky helmet. I really like this card i give this a 8/10

A very fun card to pla with Gothitelle, it might not do much after battle roads, but still really fun to play.
10/10 for fun
6/10 for actual modified

wow thats actually a decent idea. Thank you.

I think this card is pretty decent as well, there is always the big hp basics (reshiram/zekrom) to switch in as well. Im certain that trainer lock is needed however. 7/10

Vileplume would shut off switch.

Anyway, it's an okay card, not terrible, not fantastic. I don't think it will see as much play as some people think it could. But if we every get a slightly better wall pokemon, it could work decently.

6/10

When he put switch he meant retreat.... thats what the dodrio was for...

This card is the reason beartic will not be tier one. Beartic is good, but an answer to it exists. I give this one an 8/10 for battle roads and a 5/10 for when all the beartic hype dies down. Art wise I prefer the other Ferrothorn, but I give this one a 7/10.

This is a good card, but its home is not as a Beartic counter. Zoroark is the answer to Beartic. This two hits Beartic if you get even a favorable 2/3 flip, or if you use the second attack. Scizor does that job much better.

<-- yes I'm slacking

So here we have Ferrothorn from EP, kinda eh. Statwise 90 HP is average for a Stage 1, x2 Weakness to :fire: is bleh, -20 Resistance to :psychic: can help, and :colorless::colorless: to Retreat is a bit pricey. Steel Feelers isn't that bad for :metal:, 30x the number of Heads you get with 3 coins is still flippy, but it's still a cheap attack to use with big upside if you're lucky. Gyro Ball isn't that great though, :metal::colorless::colorless: for 60 is a bit pricey, and the forced switch-out of Ferrothorn and the Defending may or may not (usually may not) be good.

Modified - 2/10 (Not really a bad card, but there's also no reason to play him in anything either; :metal: is a poor attacking type, he lacks the HP to tank with Special :metal:, and his attacks are only passable)
Limited - 7/10 (Good if you run some :metal:...that being said, you'll likely not have enough to run :metal: Pokemon anyways)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, just another card to practice card throwing with)
