I see no reason to use this. High attack and retreat costs, low-ish HP, bad weakness, and pretty useless resistance.
2/10 (only because the art looks nice)

Yesterday's CotD was Simisage from EP...seriously why do they keep reprinting the elemental monkeys in new ways, they're bad to begin with... Anyways, statwise 90 HP is average for a Stage 1, x2 Weakness to :fire: is bad, -20 Resistance to :water: can help, and :colorless::colorless: to Retreat is a bit pricey. Fire's Power isn't that good, :colorless::colorless: for a base 30 and Burn if the Defending has a :fire: Energy on it means odds are that Pokemon is a :fire: type to begin with, and thus likely to OHKO Simisage. Seed Bomb deals an uninspired (and weak) 60 for :grass::colorless::colorless:.

Modified - 1/10 (No reason to use this quite frankly, much better options for :grass: Pokemon)
Limited - 6/10 (Ok in a :grass: deck, bad otherwise. At least the BW version in Limited was good for :colorless: Fury Swipe spam that made it playable in any deck)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, easy KO bait)

Fire's Power burns if Simisage is the one who has :fire: attached.
