BW13 Minccino has two different holographic patterns. Left is the "shatter" effect they used on the Starters in their theme decks back in May, right is the old sparkle holo pattern that they still use on new promos.

This card's artwork gets a 10/10 in psychedelic hippie floweriness.
 
Super cute artwork but an otherwise not very useful kahd. You like that? You like my Bostonian accent? :p It's about as useful as Rattata from HGSS.
 
Running later, here we have Minccino from the BW Promo series...well, not really sure if it's worth using over the other Minccino. Statwise 50 HP is slightly below average for a Basic, x2 Weakness to :fighting: is meh, no Resistance is common, and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. Gnaw deals a basic 10 for :colorless:, and Tail Slap deals an overpriced 20 for :colorless::colorless:. So yeah...personally I wouldn't run this over the BW or EP one, as those versions at least give you 60 HP (the EP one being even more favorable as it can potentially OHKO a Baby), so unless you have no other versions...

Modified - 3/10 (Usable if you have no other Minccino, but aim for another if you can)
Limited - 0/10 (Promo)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, easy KO bait)
