high hp is the only good thing for this card

high energy attacks for low damage and a not so useful effect, bad weakness, bad retreat cost, no resistance

1/10 no point in ever using this card
 
Tomorrow's CotD is Palkia from CL...well, at least it's not a bloody Basic Energy card. Statwise 100 HP is great for a Basic, x2 Weakness to :lightning: sucks, no Resistance is common, and :colorless::colorless::colorless: to Retreat is expensive. Wormhole simply put sucks; :water::water::water::water: is way overpriced for a weak 60 and a Warp Point effect.

Modified - 1/10 (Bad Weakness and an unplayable bad attack)
Limited - 5/10 (I'd use him as a meat shield, but that's about it)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, see above comments)

Only because it is better than the Dialga from this set. I get to do 70 damage for :metal::metal::metal::metal: AND get to shuffle my hand into my deck? Yippie!
 
100 Hp as a basic is good. The retreat is bad and the weakness is even worse with Luxray running rampant, not that this card ever had a shot at competitive play before that. WWWW for 60 is awful and the fact that you switch first instead of second makes it all the more easier to counter your new active.

1/10 Plenty of base set cards are better than this.
 
id give it 1/10. the hp is good. the weakness is terrible as it gets one shot by luxray. the retreat is bad. the attack would eb better if it was cheaper. maybe like WCC. something like that to use dce and a water energy. hti 60 and switching.
 
1/10 For the reason that so many cards in this set are much more viable along with the face as stated before, base set cards have better attacks! I would even take a base set Venusaur over this card! 3 retreat is awful for a card with only 100 hp and an attack that does 4 water for 60. BAD BAD BAD
