2011 Nebraska State Championship - March 19

Pokemon came rolling back to Nebraska this year, and we culminate its successful return with a State Championship!

Nebraska States will be held at HobbyTown USA at the SouthPointe Pavillions shopping center (map) on Saturday, March 19.

Its their first states so probably not many people will show up.

They have a pretty good size crowd up there, so anything could happen as far as attendance. 33 for COL pre-release today.

The last time Nebraska had a State Championship, it was in 2006 and there were about 30 combined 10-, 11-14, and 15+ (that was one or two seasons before they prevented aging up during the season).

I went 3-1 in Swiss during that tournament and then lost to the eventual champion in the Top 8 round. Top cuts were more generous back then too!

I live in Sioux Falls, SD, so this is the closest one for me, only 3 hours away ...but you can expect me to be there.
