Well, uh, it evolves? I'm not really sure what to say about this. Dark weakness hurts it. 5/10

Much better at Beating your opponent T1 than Cyndaquil did because of the colourless cost.
Tech it into any deck to give yourself a possibility of Beating your opponent T1.

Not much to say, to be honest :/
It evolves into an average/fun card (Drifblim). Dark weakness can get donked by Sableye but it's better than a Psychic or Lightning weakness.
