130 hp is pretty consistent for legendary basic non-ex pokemon. the 2 retreat cost is the worst in the game as it cant be given zero retreat by skyarrow, and cant be searched with heavy ball. the first attack can only flip for 40 using 2 energy. the 2nd attack takes at minimum 3 energies and unless the deck runs multiple types, 3 special energy. and it only dose 100 plus one energy is discarded. the only good thing about this is the fact that it one shots siglyph.

6/10 4/10 for artwork, i dont like it... i guess i dont like the fusion idea in general but still
