If it weren't for the coin flip, the first attack might actually be useful. Not too useful since the card could always get N'ed away before you can use it, but still has potential. But, as is? Completely worthless. No evolutions, second attack isn't bad, but isn't very good either.

I used this card to much success at the BC pre-release. I've been thinking about adding one to my Blastoise-Keldeo deck, but have yet to do so. I think both moves are decent, if you can hit a couple of presents early you're almost guaranteed a turn two Blastoise (save for N's) Good art, good weakness. 8/10 as a starter.
