Cacturune, its a Stage 1 Grass-type Pokemon with quick attacks. 1 for 60 and 30 snipe sounds cool on a Stage 1, however, it won't last long on the battlefield for it to even matter. Plus, Payback will not be too good until it is too late.

PM the snipe hits your own pokemon which means you want to pair this guy with bouffalant with an eviolite attached.

back in hg/ss days he would've been comparable to donphan prime but in todays big basic time its hp is too low to get more then 1-2 hits in.

still I can see this being used in limited formats or in league decks

Unlike a lot of weak stage 1s, this one can deal some cheap damage. The drawback can easily be mitigated by hitting your own Bouffalant, Cresselia, any pokemon with eviolite or by simply playing Mr Mime. You could also use the damage to power up outrage attacks. Unfortunately, in the current format, 60 for one only keeps this from being bad. Especially when the only other attack is only good in specific situations (both players have one prize left).
