9/10 for me personally. For the deck I currently play, it's a great stadium that helps puts a hurting on decks like plasmaklang and eels

An annoying card to be up against and a nice addition to plasma decks. Would be higher, but it can be worked around and is useless in mirror matches.

Cool tech card for pokemon that use the attack "Out-rage" (or similar attacks).
Interesting card with plasma badges, but useless against plasma box- where it makes a sub par addition.
I would say overall a great and unique card, and mildly annoying haha.
