Give me your answer/suggestion and reasons please. I keep flip-flopping between the 3-3 and 4-3 and can't decide.

It really depends on what you're playing it with and how important the Eels are to your deck. I run it with Raichu Prime and Lanturn. I run 3/3 in Lanturn, and 4/4 in Raichu.

Well, with Zone it all depends on your lines. Considering Zone has draw consistency, the faster you get Zone out the faster you pull an Eel out. I'm assuming you run Sage's and Junipers? With draw discard, some junk arm and a Super Rod possibly as well?

If you have a lot of draw-discard run 4/3 to cut back on the concern. (Psst, between you and me, if you're going to run four Tynamo, run the Tynamo with free retreat. It's really handy for abusing other Eel on your bench and when your active is KO'd, you can place out Tyamo, abuse eel's ability and retreat freely as needed. A lot of people don't catch on, but that's why I'm informing you.) 40 HP isn't as big of a deal vs 30 HP. The only things I can really think of are Tyrogue and Crobat. Otherwise, if something is going to bench snipe the Tynamo for a prize or catcher KO it, they'll KO it regardless of the 10 HP difference anyway. It's too low to matter, especially with that fighting weakness.

I can only speak from a Lanturn / Raichu perspective. But I run 4/4 in Raichu and run into some consistency problems. I run 3/3 in my Lanturn and I don't necessarily lack consistency at all.

I use 1 30 HP and 2 40 HP Tynamo. Glaciate and Chandelure and even the odd Tyrogue aren't good for Free Retreat Tyanmo, while at the same time a Free Retreater on the Bench is very useful. 40 HP's attack is also much better (you can possibly Paralyze stall with it, I've won games with the attack), and putting Energy in your discard isn't exactly a bad thing.

If I had more room I'd add another 40 HP Tynamo, but I think you only need 3-3 Eel.

Use 3-3, if you want to have any tech room you need to cut back in as many areas as possible. On which Tynamo, it is really your choice, I've played both, and I am still not sure which I like better. I'm thinking the one with free retreat currently.

I used to run 3-3 but I'm considering switching to 4-3 just because those Tynamos will be catchered up as hell. 4-4 might be overkill, but I think 4-3 is probably the correct play. Switching~

I'd run 4-3 Eelectrik. You want to run 4 Tynamos because they can be Catchered and KOd very easily early in the game. 3 Eelectrik is enough for me, but that depends on how you want to run it' although, 3 is basically just about right in one match.

As for the Tynamos to use, I'd run 1 Tynamo w/ the 30 HP, and 3 Tynamo w/ the 40 HP. The 30 HP one is only because of the free retreat, but to avoid Kyurem and Tyrogue, 40 HP Tynamo is the way to go.
