Have you actually played this deck yet? If you have I think you'll realize that uxie is pretty important.

On another note, there are somethings that I really like about your list (lots of energy)

HOWEVER,
you play way to many trainers for a heavy tranier cancel format. Quick ball and great ball should be taken out for more bts and super scoop up(even though it's a trainer it could save you) Also, (this is more of a personal favorite) but i love cynthias feelings. Id take out a few copy cat and try to fit the card in. With an 8 card draw, you could be set for the rest of the game. Another thing to consider, you only play four basic pokemon. Therefore, your chances of starting with a basic pokemon is very low and starting with more than 1 is even lower, so a donk could be an issue. Consider adding something like smergale or chatot to help get a fast setup and decrease your chance of muligen. Also, you have to see where people are coming from when they say that you autolose to spiritomb. You play so many trainers that it makes you easy prey for gengarplume.

But I love the attitude of this list. Donphan is a speed deck and shouldn't be played with lots of unnecessary crap, but I thihnk that your taking that to a bit of an extreme. =)

And auto loss to Umbreon UD?

I've been seeing it played in more and more SP decks recently and if they're smart, it'll just sit around and laugh while you can't hit it. You have... 2 ways to get rid of Umbreon... If they manage to set up a snipe on phanpy then just stall with Umbreon, you're done.

I like how nobody understands that trainer lock is NOT A BIG DEAL. you can judge your hand away, or lookers yourself and draw ONE CARD. the guy who designed this list spent the whole summer finding ways to get through different match ups he could come across during the new season, and its still changing. he has gotten top4 at 1 or 2 BR's and won 2 others.

To my understanding the main point isnt to steam roll through opponents, or to donk, but to endure through the match and make it as difficult as possible for someone to KO a single donphan via super scoop ups and exo skeleton.

We talked about this before i still think he should put two stantlers in your oppoent may get three cards before he gets a basic pokemon i would say just take the risk i mean you have more than on quick ball and plus you have luxury ball and poke drawer. But i was just thinking i wouldnt put copy cat with out haveing a deck with out any trainer locking in it so i would take them out and put profeser oaks new therrory in.

I can appreciate enduring through the match. It's a very risky play though, because in this shortened format of 30 minutes, you cannot afford to get behind in prizes.

Secondly, I still submit that Trainer Lock is a heck of a deal. Judge and Looker's only protect you against Poltergeist. If Vileplume makes it onto the opponent's bench, all of the scoops and warps are useless, and there is nothing this deck can do about it. It just has to endure not using any more trainers. Same goes for Dialga G X. If that sits on the bench, bye bye Exoskeleton.

This deck has practically swept Battle Roads here in Oregon. Andrew, the creator doesn't have an account and asked me to post it. When I saw the list I was surprised it did so well too but I've seen it played and I've tried it too and it just works, especially against SP decks. It gets set up fast enough even under trainer lock that when you dump your hand with a lookers there isn't any weaknesses for Gengar to exploit and the deck can take prizes faster than the opponent can set up multiple Gengars. This deck has been tested for months against all kinds of possible match ups and it has done well in every situation.
Against Dialga G although Time Crystal is an issue I found that Removed Lost getting rid of multiple Energies was worse because it sets you back a lot and reduces your damage output.
Umbreon is just a setback. To beat it I held on to two Phanpy, an Expert Belt an energy and a couple PlusPower or a PlusPower and a Bucks. Once I got all that in my hand I would play down the two Phanpy and Earthquake so they both had ten on them, then one would usually get Dragon Rushed. I took out the Garchomp and they would continue to wall with Umbreon, I'd Earthquake once and next turn play Switch (I like Switch in this deck for reasons like this) and then play down everything on the remaining Phanpy and take out Umbreon. At a BR there was someone who made a Shedinja deck that behaved the same way as Umbreon and I was able to take out his Shedinja's for three consecutive prizes with a belted Phanpy with 50 damage on it. I watched Andrew play one of the best players I know using Luxchomp with Umbreon and he seemed to get around it with a single Donphan and Warp Point.

Trainer locking may not be a problem for him because he may just find a donphan by simply drawing from his deck he does have four of them.

With as much hand refresh this deck has in it's supporter line, finding a Donphan isn't too hard.

Also, the future of this deck may not be very good, if Gyarados comes back that more than anything would be an autoloss. It's actually fun to play though and it is competitive. I just wanted to help a friend and share it. If you aren't sure about it test it out, if it doesn't work for you or you don't like it or if you have a meta that it doesn't compete well in then don't run it. It has an impressive track record for such a unique build and that's why I like it, it's different but it is still competitive.
