Yeah! Castforms! Rain Castform immediately makes me think of Cleffa....and that Temperamental Weather is truly interesting, it must be of use somewhere...

Rain-Cloud Castform is the worst card-name I've ever heard.

Ninetales and its ex form can fit well into a kingdra ex deck. The deck will have a better chance against ampharos and sceptile.
