a better sleep enducer

hello, i am playing wigglytuff (GE) now, but i want a better sleep enducer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it has to be stage one, low energy amount, i have to play it 2-2, and it has to either have all :colorless energy cost or be a dark type. and don't mension darkrai, i am already plying him with his LV.X. so please help me.
