This is my cyclone deck, after getting some advice from many others who made the deck, I decided
to build it, so here it is, fix and say stuff....

Pokemon: 20

3x Totodile
2x Croconaw
2x Feraligatr

3x Squirtle
2x Wartortle
2x Blastiose

3x Wingull
2x Pelipper

1x Suicune

Trainers: 19

3x Rare Candy
3x Professor Oak's Visit
3x Bebe's Search
2x Roseanne's Search
2x Team Galactic's Mars
2x Technical Machine TS-1 (Evolutor)
2x Buck's Training
2x Switch

21x Water Energy

STRADEGY: The main attacker in this deck is, Pelipper, using Jet Return to do 30x the ammont of energy attached to him, then sending the energy into your deck. Feraligatr's Energy Cyclone does
20x the energy cards in your hand, and also shuffling them into your deck. The main goal is to
recycle energy and destroy pretty much anything your opponent throws at you. Blastoise powers
your Pelipper, while suicune recovers any Feraligatr in the discard pile.

Is Pelliper really that useful? I think I might have better pokemon.

2 Swampert
2 Marshtomp
2 Mudkip
3 Togekiss
2 Togetic
3 Togepi
2 Feraligatr
2 Croconaw
2 Totodile

Still 20 Pokemon, but you can use Swampert for constant strong damage or use Feraligatr. It still does constant strong damage OR you could use Energy Cyclone with Wash Out if Hammer arm isn't enough, hence Togekiss, which also has other uses. (From empty space to full charged Swampert in one turn, and Air stroll isn't bad.
