A Few Gliscor Qeustions.

Masters,
I have a few question with the following set up that I'm having trouble figuring out.

Set up:
I have a Gliscor (LA #5) as the active. During my turn I level up and use Shooting Poison. Then I attack with Burning Poison, burning my opponent and returning the cards to my hand.

Questions:
1. Can the Lv.X be returned to your hand when using Burning Poison?

2. Would the effect from the Shooting Poison Poke-Power ( paralyzed & poisoned) be replaced by the the new condition from Burning Poison (burned) or would our opponent be affected by all three conditions?

1. Yes. It is Gliscor.

2. All three. Both Poisoned and Burned use Markers. They don't replace each other.

The other three Special Conditions replace each other because a card can only be turned one direction at a time.
