A Pokemon R/S VIDEO GAME Tournament?

You know, I hear nothing but talk about TCG. It's always about the Trading Card Game. Don't get me wrong: the game is reatively fun to play, but I'm a video game Pokemon Trainer. Me and my associate here have been playing the game since we each owned Blue. The one thing that bothers us more than anything right now is the fact that Nintendo sponsored ONE world tournament and one local tournament based on the video games.

In light of the soon-release of Colosseum, I really REALLY would love to see another full/real Pokemon tournament involving Ruby and Sapphire, the GBA games, not the cards! I would also love to see said tournament in the Midwest, especially in the Chicago-land area!

DOES ANYONE ELSE FEEL THAT WAY, TOO, OR AM I ALONE HERE?!

Most leagues support GBA play as well, and some local tourneys... check them out...

Yeah it would be nice to get more GBA tourneys officially from Nintendo though....

I feel that way as well, but thank goodness, japan has loads of tournaments for the GB/GBC/GBA generation players.
