A Word about Theft

I can`t add much more to what already has been said. Stealing is low but unfortunately it exists no matter where we go in life.

Now, this is what I`ll do. If you (reading this) are the person who stole this or anything at the East SC and have the guts to do what is right, mail the contents to me and I will forward them to their rightful owners. Furthermore, I will pay all costs for shipping. Just mail the receipt to me and I will give my word that I will reimburse you. Also, I give you my word that I will be the only one who knows your identity. I will not give it out to anyone so your secret will be kept and the rightful owner(s) of the stolen items will get their belongings back. PM me for my mailing address if you can get the courage up to do the right thing.

Also, if anyone who knows who stole something would like to do the right thing and let me know who the culprit(s) stealing the items are, then please pm or e-mail me. You have my word that your identity will be kept secret as well.

It's worth remembering that things like this don't stay quiet forever. Somebody is going to say something to somebody and it's going to get out.

That is a fact and it happens EVERY time (just ask Bill Clinton).

The best thing to do would be to step up, take Sensei's VERY generous offer, and don't let it happen again.

This isn't just going to go away.

Yeah, I never had anything of such magnitude stolen from me, but I do have my sob story. To let you know how long ago this happened, the card stolen was brand new at the time.

I went across the street and two houses over to the right to my friend (who I wll refer to as "Saquro"). My binder fell out as I was walking there and I didn't realize it. I told Saquro that I would be right back and left my binder with him (BIG mistake). After I picked up the cards that had fallen out, I started putting the cards back in the binder (which I was glad that it was still there). When I was done, I realized my holographic foil Dark Persian promo from Nintendo Power was MISSING! :)o) I got it back 3 weeks better, a bit worse for wear than if I had kept it safe. I am friend with Saquro once again, but there is still a lingering aura of doubt in the way of us being the friends we once were.

Sensei, & Dave, I hope the theif listens to you, as Dave says word will get out, its now just a matter of time. I for one would not want to have the WHOLE pokemon community madat me.
Then just think you have to explain to people who dont play that you were banned labeled a theif and arent allowed to play.

DO THE RIGHT THING NOW

I had my binder stolen too a while back when I had taken it to school. That was why I quit the game before. That binder had my entire collection of legendary pokemon. I'm an avid legendary pokemon collector and trainer, so that hurt me. I know how it is. I only just recently came back to the game.

Someone at my league has become a "master thief." I laid out the league promos, badges, and boosters and within a 3-minute time period, someone stole a badge and some boosters right from under my eyes. I stood by the prizes and turned away for only a second or two, and someone must've been watching me to steal and run away with the badge. Then, moments later, they stole the boosters. And I thought I was pretty vigiliant at keeping an eye on the prizes, especially after someone stole the badge.

Some people are just too good at stealing and hard to catch. It's too bad.

Last month while I was at Origins, our TO (and store owner) caught a thief and immediately banned them from the store.

Don't steal. It can ruin your life.
