okay first of all. you can't have 5 special metals in the deck. and 1 buck's training and poke ball are kinda random so take them out. you cant take out the pokedex too since you only have 1. and the 2 rivals are really uneeded. you might also want to take out the dialga g too since it doesnt belong here. soooo

take out

1 special metal energy
1 poke ball
1 buck's training
2 rivals

add

4 bebe's search
1 pikachu
1 raichu

does this lok good?
 
i made a lightning deck a few days ago and it has very few diamond and pearl cards but i suggest using the clay pichu from treaures and the pikachu with the recylce poke power they work really good
 
hey this deck has too many pokemon to be conistent. you should go to a league or something and get an idea of the essentials of a deck, this will never set up at a tournament

take out the ampharos for a bebe's and more roseannes, bodies get shut down and it's a bad attacker, if you want a deck that shuts down powers toxitank will be more effective than this deck.

if you want a somewhat playable deck using these cards you like i'd say

i'd take out some energies from my list, i just cant think of what other directions to take the list
