Here are some ace spec ideas comments help Thanks!
PS all have the acespec rule

ace spec #1 steroid energy :colorless:

when you attach this energy to a pokemon his or her
attacks do 40 more damage. This energy provides
an infinite amount of any energy. once your turn is
done discard steroid energy. You may not play steroid
energy on your first turn

ace spec #2 redo button item

when you attack you may play this card in between
turns if you do so you may use your attack after your
opponent draws.

ace spec #3 the death stadium stadium

If your opponent has 15 or more items and supporters
in the discard you may choose if you want to win the
game or not. If you play this and you have 15 trainers
in your discard before using the effects discard this
card

Ace spec #4 critical hit item

All weaknesses are now x10 this effect wears off after
Your opponent attacks this card is not discarded this
Card goes to the lost zone instead

How about something more balanced?

Ace Spec - Master Ball

Search your deck for a Pokemon card, reveal to your opponent, add to your hand.

Changed steroid energy

Reasons why these are not overpowered (beside ace spec rule)
Steroid energy: with new rule you can not play it on first turn.
Redo button: ok fine I have no reason for this this one is overpowered
Death stadium: It can work for ether side plus you can just put a different stadium out to get rid of it

And I have one more question why does every one post on cards with cool pics or overpowered things

Ok I get that but lets use math
A persons deck has around 30 TSS so that means for DS to work a fourth of you opponents deck would be in the discard

You will have played atleast 5-7 trainers with a normal tier 1-3 deck in the first 2 turns between these are, ultra ball, juniper, computer search and other cards which discard cards from your hand.

Well, most people are not gonna discard their Trainers when they play cards which discard from hand unless they have no choice.

Why not a return of boost energy or triple rainbow

E.g. This energy provides 3 energy (every type) but only 1 at a time. After your turn, this pokemon...
A: Receives 50 damage
B: Discard this card
