anyone know where to find AR codes for ruby THAT WORK? i have tried on ganefaqs, but those dont work.

The ones on Gamefaqs work just fine.

Shadow, i tried the gamefaqs one but it said "Referrer Link Error"

& Swmp, on most of those sites i couldnt find anything bout AR codes or there WERE codes but they were Gameshark codes

Go to gamefaqs, and go to the R/S guides. You will find the codes there. The link simply didn't work before because direct links to gamefaqs don;t work. Hilarious that you gave up just because the direct link didn't work.
