I just noticed something that I just needed to get checked out on. Ok lets say I have meteor falls out which allows me to use attacks from pokemon that I evolved from. I have a Beautifly and under it is Silcoon ( doexys ) with its advanced armor attack.

Advanced armor states " during your opponent's next turn prevent all effects of attack, including damage, done to Silcoon by your opponent's Evolved Pokemon. "

So if I meteor falls to let beautifly use advanced armor would the effects of the attack still apply to it or would the effects be ignored since the attack specifically states " prevent all effects of attack, including damage, done to Silcoon "?

With the Self Referencing rule (it's in the Expert Rules section of the Rule Book!), you would read the attack as "prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to [this Pokemon]."

So yes, it would protect Beautify.
