Yes another Slowking follower! Slowking is such a pro card and it looks awesome on paper because if it didn't then it would be engraved on metal.
Also whoever says Slowking is only good in theorymon has never actually met Slowking. Slowking is the one who inevented theorymon. He secretly helps everyone to victory with his calculating coolness.
Slowking is the obvious choice for any deck. Why? First it gives wisdom and incite to anyone who adds it to their deck. Then it gives you an extra card every turn. Sure your opponent gets to choose, but Slowking is using reverse psychology on them inorder to give you the right card. If by some reason that they are immune to Slowking's thinking then the card is sent to the bottom of your deck. Which means you know exactly where the card you need is and is just an Underground Expedition's away. Also, you use Opponent's choice up to four times and you can get 2 cards that you need by just digging a bit because your opponent put them their ripe for the picking, which is actually reverse-reverse psychology! THERE IS NO WAY TO ESCAPE THE KING'S THOUGHTS!!!
Now, that may sound good enough but there is more.
Slowking can also attack. Sure, 60 for 3 doesn't sound that good but it can be used with only 2 attachments. The attack has no drawbacks. Which should be expected because the 'King is too mcuh involved in thought for anything else to happen. The attack, Super Psy Bolt, is actually stray brain waves from Slowking himself. Naturally, he would be able to attack from the bench but in order for the Juniors, Seniors, and even some Masters to be able to contain his superiority onto the piece of paper TCPi had to make it so he only attacks from the active position. Not only can the DCE be used to release Slowking's brain power on the opponent, but it also adds a zip to his step for him to be able retreat from your opponent if they are showing signs of mental fatigue.
This alone make Slowking one of the better cards in the game. If TCPi would have actually Unleashed Slowking by taking his off hat, that was designed by Magneto, the whole game of Pokemon would be centered around this card and this card only. People would be begging for this card to be banned like its forefather but the select few who could control its sheer awesomeness would control the entire game and form a hive mind.

**On a side note Slowking also promotes good health by eating an apple a day to keep the Brock away.
