Aggron Ex Deck Need Work Please Help!

Hi I have had this deck built for a while and it seems to win more games than it loses but it needs that extra touch. I would like some help. I am thinking of putting in Jirachi (HL) x4 to Evolve quicker but i dont know? I have no problem getting the cards i need just please post you suggestions. Thanks, Drew
Here Is My Deck:

x2 Buried Fossil (Sky) (Lets you trade a Energy for Omanyte but counts as a prize if knocked out)
x3 Omanyte (SS) (Lets you search and fill bench)
X3 Omastar (SS) (Lets you de-evolve all of your opponents pokemon)
I am thinking of putting something different in instead of these 8 cards. What do you think?

x2 Professor Birch (I dont think i need this since i draw so many cards)
x4 TV Reporter

x4 Rainbow Energy
x4 Metal Energy
x10 Water Energy

Go 2-2 delcatty line. 7 aron is to many. for the aggron go 4-3-4 line And you could take out an rare candy. Add some tm rock, and some stevens advice. That would make this deck alot better. I could fix it more but i dont have the time.

Yeah Rock TMs would make this deck real good, doing damage to the Bench then Rock TMs to kill the lower Pokemon that have damage on them. You also really need some Boost Energies in this deck, Aggron does real good with them. If you want to get your Special Energies fast, use Furret from Aquapolis to get them out ASAP. :)
 
What is Rock TM if it is the the trainer it cant be attach to Pokemon-ex so it wouldnt work, so it wouldnt be helpful does anyone else have advice.

you really dunt need the delacatty becausse argon EX needs alot of energy and you gonna burn them all on drawing cards so tak it out nd add some tv report, bill matinence, etc
