a vileplume deck, not really that good, but its quite a bit of fun to play

4-1-3 Vileplume
2 kyrem
2 mewtwo ex
2 keldo ex
2 terrakion

3 rare candy
2 pokemon center
1 gold potion
3 ultra ball
4 switch
2 potion
2 energy switch
2 super rod
2 random receiver
3 pokemon catcher
1 energy search

4 N
4 Professor Juniper
2 skyla

4 DCE
3 ground
2 grass

vileplume provides 4x weaknesses and OHKOs keldo/blastoise to allow for more OHKOs. Kyrem hits 60 for 3 energys, OHKOing dragons with vileplume. i specifically chose kyrem as no energy type is needed. mewtwo is mewtwo and gets easy OHKOs on psychic types with vileplume, as well as not needing any specific energy type. Keldo OHKOs landures ex and dosent require any specific energy. terrakion OHKOs darkrai ex.
the strategy is to set up whatever pokemon will be my main attacker in that specific match while getting vileplume out by T3
