Hi all, I was looking to buy some Eureka 7 dvd's from amazon, and since I've never dealt with them before I was just wondering how reliable they are.
Anyone here have any complaints? or recommend another source?
 
I've used it once personally and my item got to me ok. But my dad, who has used it lots of times, has a bunch of hits and misses with it.
 
if you order it from amazon directly you should have no problems. if you order it from a third party seller on amazon you may run into a problem.
 
When I've ordered directly from amazon, I've had no problems getting the items I bought. I dunno about their sellers on the marketplace section of their site though.
 
I have used Amazon quite a few times. They never have disapointed me once. I have ordered from both the Amazon site & the Marketplace (used stuff from sellers). The Marketplace is very similar to E-Bay. They all have feedback, so if you don't see good feedback, then don't order from them.

I suggest you get the slightly more expensive shipping (unless you have a locking mailbox). Cause one time I ordered some stuff. It said that it had arrived, but I never got it. I think someone took it out of our mailbox. This was before we got a locking mailbox.
 
I bought a DVD there once and it came all scratched and stuck all the time.

But my mom is seriously in love with it, and I don't think has ever gotten something bad from it. So I guess it's pretty nice.
