Empoleon: Main attacker.
Prinplup: Damadge spread early in the game.
Lucario: Secondary attacker and damage spread.
Absol: Damage move and damage spread.
Latios Ex delta: Anti Ex.
Dugtrio: This is my great invention. THE ANTI EMPOLEON / MIRROR TECH.

Helps in mirror matches. It`s Poke-Body stops the enemy from attacking the bench.

I don't think you understand just how popular Latilock will be. With so many popular strategies - including Dugtrio - it is simply efficent to play latilock until they decline. Yes maybe we see a "sine wave" usage of dugtrio and latilock but I really don't think it will help.

In mirror the opponents will cessation and lock your dugtrio, so what's the point?

But i think Lucario is not a good pokemon in this deck.
But i dont know what we can play .....

you should take out latios and add lucario lv.x. It is pretty good and can do damage fast.
