Ampharos D ...Opinion's anybody?

it has to be errated... if not, there're too many broken combos like :

· Togetic d
· Kingdra d
· Camerupt CG/Dewgong d
· Holon Legacy
· Lickitung d
 
yeh u are right , i think is has been a typo cos it say ur on the deck and discard pile but not in play and i think that what is was ment to say cos it be too good if it was the other way

i think it's possible that it will make all the pokemon in play as delta pokemon, the card say :

treat each basic pokemon and evolution card in your deck, in your discard pile, in your hand, and in play as a pokemon that has d on it's card

it does states the word YOUR in each segment, but not on the in play?? if it only applies on ur pokemon, they must have written : and your pokemon in play. So we might be able to change ALL pokemons into d pokemon!

My opinion?

Someone forgot to add "of your (Basic Pokémon and etc.)" at the beginning of the body text.
 
For that matter, dewgong isn't that great either. Reducing by 40 when your active only deals 60 and has only 80 hp isn't anything important.
 
Japanese version:
自分の山札、トラッシュ、手札にある「ポケモンのカード」と、自分の場のポケモンは、すべて「δ-デルタ種」のポケモンとしてあつかわれる。

bold means: your pokemon in play
 
It's not that bad. I mean, you can combo it with Fearow and pull things like Holon's Castforms out, which would also boost damage for Amphy, plus draw for Castform's own attack. I think it's a really interesting card personally. Too bad it gets shut off by Battle Frontier.
 
The fact of the matter is it is a good card. It's body and attack complement each other.

I'm all for his body turning all poke in play into D.

Geez..just find a way around it. I welcome back Battle Frontier, Latias/Latios, Cessasion Crystal, and anything else that negates Poke-Bodies. I say this card shouldn't have an eratta. It'd be nice to see some new sick combos and anti-sick combos for a change.
 
Darn, I was hoping it would also. It would make an interesting deck based around it affecting your opponent's Pokemon.
 
Damn, this wrecks EVERY combo I had planned to play with Ampharos (Arbok d, Dewgong d, Togetic d). Sigh. Time to find something new.
