I caps the your and the in play because my question is about the IN PLAY on hand, discard pile and deck it is your but pokémon in play isn't that all pokémon in play also your opponents pokémon. Any official rulling for this card?

The "Ask the Masters" section of this forum says Holon Veil's "in play" only refers to your Pokemon in play, not your opponent's.

None Of Those Ideas Work Because He Does Not Turn The Opponent's Pokemon Into Delta Pokemon

The problem was over the wording. If played by just reading, it technically does turn all cards in play to δ.
